Shipping

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Orders are sent out either in flat envelopes or in postal tubes.

We offer First and Second class post within the UK, European airmail and International airmail for the rest of the world.*

*Please note that we are currently unable to ship to the United States.

For all UK orders over £50.00 we offer free delivery.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship internationally, but we are currently unable to ship to the United States.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

For all non-personalised designs, orders are typically shipped next working day. For personalised orders, orders are shipping either same day or next day following approval of the digital proof (if this has been requested). If not proof has been requested then personalised orders will be dispatched next working day.

For UK orders, First Class delivery should take 1 to 2 working days whilst Second Class should take 2 to 3 working days.

For European orders, please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive.

For deliveries outside of Europe, please allow 7 to 10 working days for your order to arrive.

If your order is particularly large or placed during a particularly busy time e.g. Christmas, please allow an extra day for dispatch.

Payment

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We currently accept payment through Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can still checkout with a credit / debit card.

What if my order is damaged on delivery?

In the unlikely event that a packet arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and take a photo of the packaging. Please send this photo to info@thewallstickerstore.com and we will review your delivery, and will typically arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible.

What if I don’t receive my order?

Although it is extremely rare that orders go missing, we fully appreciate that a late delivery can be both disappointing and frustrating. We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries, and as such are bound by their policies and procedures. Deliveries sent via Royal Mail’s First Class service generally arrive next day, albeit again this is not guaranteed next day. Orders sent via Second Class should arrive within 3 working days of dispatch.

If an item does go missing, we are obliged by Royal Mail to wait 15 working days before pursuing a claim. If, after this time, your item has still not arrived, we will pursue a claim with Royal Mail. If you think your item has gone missing then please contact us.

Orders & Returns

Can I return an order?

You may return unused products, for any valid reason for wanting to return, and must be within 30 days of the date of your original purchase from our website.

We will process a credit to your account less any original shipping and return freight costs.

How do I return an order?

You can e-mail us at support@thewallstickerstore.com to return the items.

Please be sure to include your order number with your e-mail. Upon acceptance of your return request, we would send a confirmation letter.

You will have to return the item to :

Once we have received your item in original condition (unless defective item see below), we will issue a credit to your account.

All returns must be subject to a return shipping fee (where applicable), and original shipping fee.
